Please be advised that in connection with the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data coming into force on May 25, 2018, the company Paweł Włodarczyk, fulfilling the information obligation, declares that pursuant to art. 13 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws EU L No. 281):

You have the right to access the data content and rectify, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of data processing and transfer, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. : President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  4. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to perform the vehicle rental agreement. If the data is not provided, it will not be possible to perform the vehicle rental agreement.
  5. The data provided by you will not be disclosed to third parties. Only institutions authorized by law will be the recipients of the data.
  6. The data provided by you will not be subject to profiling.
  7. The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.

  1. Personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years, counting from the beginning of the year following the year in which consent to the processing of personal data was given.

  2. The information contained on the rental website is not an offer, but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of the Civil Code (Article 71). The vehicle rental agreement is concluded by completing the form available on the Rental's website (www.topcars24.pl) or by contacting via the hotline and sending by the Lessor confirmation of the order to the Lessee's e-mail address provided in the form or by phone and after signing car rental agreement in paper form.

  3. I consent to the sending of commercial information by electronic means by TopCars Car Rental: Paweł Włodarczyk with its registered office at ul. Pola Karolinskie 4/030, in Warsaw (postal code: 02-401) in accordance with the Act of July 18, 2012 on the provision of electronic services. I declare that I have been informed about the right to withdraw the above consent at any time by contacting Paweł Włodarczyk. I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the subscription to the newsletter in order to receive information about new products, discounts, promotions and other commercial offers, as well as to receive marketing offers to the e-mail address provided by me from I consent to the sending of commercial information electronically by TopCars Car Rental: Paweł Włodarczyk with its registered office at ul. Pola Karolinskie 4/030, in Warsaw (postal code: 02-401), in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182, 1662).
