We do not take deposit from people who have Polish citizenship. The deposit is charged if the tenant of the vehicle does not have Polish citizenship and its amonut is PLN 3,000.
It depends from booking:
- short-term from 1 to 29 days -> unlimited kilometers
- medium-term from 1 to 12 months -> applicable limit is 4000 kilometers / month
- long-term of 13 months or more -> applicable limit is 4000 kilometers / month

To rent a car, we need documents such as:
- DRIVING LICENSE;
- IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT
- OWN, NAME PAYMENT OR CREDIT CARD
The person renting the vehicle must have a driving license of min. from 2 years OR have been over 21 years old.
As much as possible. When you make a reservation, in the designated NIP box, we only ask for your tax identification number.
We can make a reservation on our website using the booking form that works 24 hours a day or you can use from 8:00 to 21:00 with the help of our phone consultant who will happily accept your booking and suggest the best vehicle for you.
Yes. We can return cars in another department provided that the reservation is not shorter than 4 days.
At the time of signing the contract you are financially responsible for the car up to PLN 3,000. It is possible to abolish this responsibility to PLN 0, it only requires additional insurance, which costs PLN 50 per 24 hours.
The substitution of cars for airports in Warsaw (Okęcie, Modlin), Rzeszów, Krakow, Katowicem Gdańsk or Bydgoszcz is completely free.
Trip abroad is possible after obtaining a permit for such a trip and need to purchase additional insurance assistance (PLN 199), including EU countries.
Yes. At the time of filling out the reservation form, it is enough to fill in the additional information; add that the vehicle will be used by II drivers. This is a completely free option.
You can easily pick up the vehicle after 20:00 (08.00 pm) it is associated with an additional fee of PLN 40 for night service, charged between 20:00 - 08:00.
All prices on our website are gross amounts already include VAT.
Yes. You can choose additional accessories for the vehicle reservation, eg. a child seat / pad. All these accessories can be selected free of charge for bookings of 6 days. For bookings from 1 to 5 days, the cost of renting accessories is 10 PLN / day.
If a minimum of 48 hours before You will informed Us about the willingness to further extend the lease of the vehicle, and the rented vehicle will be available, of course, there is the possibility of extension.
You can return the vehicle earlier, only we ask You to inform us 2 hours before the planned return, at the helpline number with this intention.
If the car breaks down immediately, please contact our hotline. If there is no possibility of further moving the vehicle, we organize a replacement car.
